Overview

This component creates a full width subscription block that can include social media links, configuration options include

• Set title and button text
• Select native form or use any 3rd party embed code (re: mailchimp, campaign monitor etc)
• Link to form page within the site or use a modal window
• Set title, before/after text and custom html for the modal window
• Set url's for social media links
